CNL Healthcare Properties filed a 30-day extension to submit information to the IRS and mailed the 2023 Form 1099s to shareholders on Feb. 16, 2024.

Once available, financial professionals can obtain duplicate forms for their clients here. Click on "CNL Distributed Products," then the account and the statement link. Shareholders can obtain duplicate forms by logging in here and selecting “View all electronic tax forms.”
